Let us be the catalyst for your dog’s potential

I boarded my veteran show dog with Kendra. And it was ease of mind to have someone so trustworthy take in my dog as my dog is my world. She sent photos and videos with updates ! And I got back a very happy dog who had a great time. Highly recommend

Kendra is fantastic! Myself and my boy Bert are huge fans. I love that her focus is always on the dog and their emotion. It’s not just about getting it done. It’s about them genuinely enjoying themselves, but also learning the appropriate skills and behaviors. Kendra is a super supportive trainer and helped us prepare for our rally trial, while also being supportive onsite. Myself and Bert look forward to getting back to training with Kendra!

Kendra is an absolutely amazing instructor. She is incredibly positive, patient, encouraging, and so knowledgeable. Her energy creates such a supportive learning environment, and I love that she always asks what you’d like to work on and makes even her group classes feel individually focused. She truly brings out the best in both dogs and handlers. I cannot recommend Kendra enough—she has completely changed the way I feel about training and has made me fall in love with dog sports.

Kendra is a fabulous trainer. She’s great with a wide range of breeds and behaviours. We 100% recommend her

Kendra is an excellent canine trainer. I booked a session for a behavioral assessment, and not only did she perform a thorough assessment, she provided tools for helping my dog and I successfully navigate uncomfortable situations with other dogs. The tools she provided me with have proven useful and very beneficial when walking my dog, especially when loose dogs run up on us.

Kendra has been amazing with my Schipperke that had reactivity issues socializing him with other dogs . I have also taken Rally classes with her that I have really enjoyed.

Love Kendra and recommend her for your dogs needs. She is knowledgeable and friendly and I have been taking classes with her for 3 plus years with 3 of my Border Terriers. Buzz started Rally in Kendra's classes and has trialed coming away with 2 high in classes. All 3 of my Borders take NASDA classes with her and they love it. All have titles. I have also boarded my young boy with her while my old dog was recouping from surgery and he loved being with her and came back to me with more skills then he left with. Kendra is also skilled in behavioral issues and has many clients that she works with. Looking forward to continuing our training journey with Kendra at her new place.

Kendra is an absolutely amazing trainer, no matter what stage your dog is at. She is great for those dogs that need a bit of help with reactivity or are looking to get into dog sports - can’t recommend her enough!

We have done both night school training and private one off trainings with Kendra with our pup and would definitely recommend! Our dog has responded well to her methods and she has given us great tips and tricks with her.

Kendra is a dog whisperer. I have been doing rally with her for 2 years and have enjoyed every step. I have also enjoyed seeing my easily distracted golden get more focused. I wish the best for Kendra and hope to continue my dog journey with her.

Two dogs sitting outdoors in front of green pine trees. Both dogs are wearing bunny ears headbands and decorative bows around their necks. The dog on the left is brown, and the dog on the right is black with white markings. In front of each dog are framed signs; the left sign reads 'Hope you have a...' with Easter-themed images, and the right sign says 'Hoppy Easter!'

Over the past 4 years my dog and I have taken numerous rally classes with Kendra in various forms (group classes, privates, and drop in courses). We keep coming back due to her positive teaching style and her course designs keeping us on our toes. I like that she is consistently taking courses and seminars to keep improving her skills. In classes she focuses on the dog and handler team working together, giving constructive corrections that help the team improve. We have 1 more Q for the excellence level, and then moving on to masters. We would not have gotten this far without Kendra’s tutelage and support!

I have a rescue dog that is a bit of a challenge to work with as he will shut down with new people and places. Kendra has helped me bring him out of his shell to the point he is so excited to go to her classes, and “play” (run rally courses) every week. Kendra takes students input into consideration when designing courses for the class. She confident enough in her skills to be able to change on the fly to meet the different levels of the needs of the students. Kendra looks at all aspects of the sport and addresses certain topics that other instructors haven’t taken the time to. Due to this I keep coming back to Kendra for classes.

My little chihuahua-cross and I have been working in scent detection with Kendra and she’s amazing. She’s very intuitive about how to build confidence for my dog so she can be successful in her searches. Kendra is an amazing coach, giving helpful feedback about my dog’s behaviour, and my handling as well. Kendra is always upbeat and positive and it’s a pleasure joining her classes.

Kendra is awesome with all dog breeds that I have seen her working with. She is a skilled, perceptive trainer and keen on ensuring that all participants, dogs and their humans benefit from her group classes. She introduced us to rally obedience two years ago with our young Siberian husky and it has been so much fun learning with her. We have a husky who thinks obedience is one of the funnest things and has earned rally titles. Looking forward to continuing the rally journey with her and trying other sports as well.

I’ve attended Rally-O and NASDA classes taught by Kendra back at In-Sync, and she went above and beyond to help with my poor memory (Rally-O) and accommodations for my dog’s medical challenges (Rally-O and NASDA).

We really enjoyed the positive and fun instruction, and I look forward to attending classes at Catalyst Canine.
